Blistering Banquets

“....one big lavish supper party hot from the coals....”

A Blistering Banquet is a great option for any number of seated guests if you are looking for something that is a little less formal and with more choice than a traditional plated lunch or dinner. Trays of hot chargrilled and wood-roasted marinaded meats, fish and vegetables are circulated around tables and served by waiting staff with generous bowls of colourful salads, rices and other accompaniments and sauces dotted along the tables for guests to help themselves. Whether medieval in style or themed with any of the other cuisines we offer, a Blistering Banquet is a loud, lively event with a difference.

Platters and bowls of freshly cooked meats, fish and vegetables are circulated around the tables by waiting staff and served to seated guests to help themselves and pass around. Freshly cooked skewers are brought directly from the coals to the tables by chefs who then serve the individual guests. Here are a few sample menus
