A Blistering wood-fired pizza party is an event in itself adding a fun dynamic to any outdoor event, big or small. Everyone loves them; from children clamouring for their favourite toppings to the most discerning pizza gourmet. Choose your toppings and our chefs will do the rest... In minutes, your own crisp, golden-crusted pizza will emerge from one of our spectacular terracotta wood-fired ovens.

In 2012, we held a Wood-fired pizza party for 2000 guests... and we could have done more. With a slick operation involving five of our spectacular terracotta ovens and a team of dedicated chefs, we throw pizza parties anywhere, from stadiums to farmers’ fields. Pizzas can either be the main attraction, or be part of the action.

At family fun days, we run Design-a-pizza contests, for children and adults alike. Children are also invited to toss the dough.

rubbed with Ras-al-Hanout with roast Chicory, Pomegranate Blood Orange & Barberry Salad and kibbled Pistachios

Iberico grilled Tiger prawns
marinaded in lemon garlic and tarragon, grilled Chorizo and Red Pepper with Rocket & Parsley salad.

Wood-roast Sardine Fillets
tossed with Citrus Rocket Pesto served with Baby New Potatoes, Vine Cherry Tomato, Roast Garlic & Chive Sauce and Baby Leaf Salad.

Rock Oysters
grilled whole until steamed open, drizzled with Thai Dressing of Lime, Chilli, Lemon Grass & Coriander.

Fresh seared Tuna Niçoise
with wood-roast Artichokes, Yellow and Green Beans, New Potatoes, Vine Cherry Tomatoes, Quails Egg, Shallots and Olives
